Insurance:
Prior to the first session, it is the client's responsibility to verify that his/her policy covers behavioral health costs and, if if so, the deductible & co-payment amounts and the number of sessions available. Also, some insurance policies require services to be preauthorized. Please provide Joyce Martin with an insurance authorization number prior to your first appointment if preauthorization is required. Many insurance policies will not accept claims for visits that occur before the preauthorization number has been assigned.
